Of the 411 inquiries inside Southwest Florida, 94 (23%) sit on the Estero corridor, led by Bonita Springs with 67. The enrolled-family roster, by contrast, draws almost no one from Bonita Springs or anywhere south of Gateway. Families on the corridor already raise their hands at roughly the rate their population would predict; the drive to Fort Myers is where they fall out. That gap between inquiry and enrollment on the south side of the county is the demand a second campus is built to capture.
